- Acceptable scores on the basic knowledge and technology exam.
- Demonstrates competence in use of computer and office machines.
- Additional criteria as the Board may establish.
- Physical and mental stamina and ability to perform job functions, tasks and duties.

JOB GOAL: To provide administrative support to the school building administration in efficiently and effectively meeting school goals
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains the following records:
- Gains and Losses
- Attendance/Absentees/Excuses
- Permanent Records
- Cumulative Records
- Teachers
- Attendance
- Personnel Files
- Maintains sick and annual leave for employees.
- Receives and distributes mail.
- Types correspondence and handbook materials, as request by the principal.
- Maintains a school filing system.
- Duplicates office materials.
- Conducts proper office equipment maintenance and reports the need for repair.
- Has a working knowledge of office computer skills, including JPAMS & Alio.
- Prepares school reports
- Lunch Reports
- Student Attendance Reports
- Staff Attendance Reports
- Greets visitors/answers phone in a friendly manner and directs them according to need.
- Maintains a current substitute list, and secures subs as directed by the Principal.
- Performs any additional duties assigned by the Superintendent and/or evaluator.
PROFESSIONAL ETHICS:
